The Divine Rhythm
What Time Taught Me About Letting Go and Leaning In

If you had asked me five years ago how I felt about time, I would have told you it was my greatest challenge. I lived in constant motion, always rushing, always striving, always trying to outrun a clock that never seemed to offer enough space. I believed success required force and speed, and I tried to bend life to my will before its season.

Life has a way of slowing you down until you are willing to listen.

Through my spiritual journey, I came to understand that time is not an enemy and it is not a countdown. Time is a teacher. It does not simply pass. It prepares.

The Illusion of the Right Time

Many of us delay our growth while waiting for the perfect moment to begin. We wait to start the business, to heal the relationship, or to finally choose peace. Spiritual awareness has taught me that the idea of the right time is a human concept. In divine order, there is only alignment.

When your spirit aligns with your purpose, the fear of being behind begins to dissolve. You are not late in life. You are positioned exactly where your soul needs to be in order to learn what is required for your next level.

The Grace Found in Waiting

In a world built on instant access and immediate results, waiting feels uncomfortable. It can even feel like punishment. Yet when viewed through a spiritual lens, waiting becomes sacred.

A seed does not rush the soil.
The moon does not rush the sun.
The soul does not rush its breakthrough.

Waiting is not stagnation. It is cultivation. If every desire arrived the moment we asked for it, we would lack the depth and character required to sustain the blessing. Time develops patience, and patience strengthens faith.

Two Ways to Experience Time

There are two distinct experiences of time.

Chronos refers to linear time. The hours on the clock. The deadlines. The schedules.

Kairos refers to divine timing. The moment when alignment, readiness, and purpose meet.

Spiritual growth invites us to live more fully in Kairos. When you shift your awareness from the ticking clock to the unfolding moment, anxiety begins to soften. Trust grows. You learn that time combined with faith produces purpose.

Time is the space where we witness the faithfulness of the Divine.

My Message for You

If you are feeling discouraged because things are not moving fast enough, pause. Take a breath. Loosen your grip on the timeline you created in your mind.

You cannot force your way from where you are to where you are meant to be. That bridge is built through surrender, not control.

Trust the process.
Trust the timing.
Trust that what is meant for you will never pass you by.

This is the rhythm of divine alignment.
This is the heart of LIS.
